# Create a key

Allows manipulation of random keys within your Asaas account.

> 🚧 Attention
>
> Due to limitations imposed by the Central Bank, you must wait 1 minute between each key created for an account.

> 🚧 Status `CONFIRMED` on Pix charges for individuals
>
> The `CONFIRMED` status may be available on Pix charges to individual accounts in cases where charges undergo precautionary blocking and require analysis by the prevention area. The maximum blocking period is 72 hours, and the charge will change to status `RECEIVED` if received or `REFUNDED` if denied.
