Allows you to cancel a mobile phone recharge. Use the canBeCancelled property to check whether the recharge can be canceled. Once canceled, the recharge will not be made.
Cancels a mobile phone recharge that is still eligible for cancellation.
Before requesting the cancellation, retrieve the recharge and check canBeCancelled. When the recharge is canceled, it will not be executed.
