Retrieves the data and current status of a mobile phone recharge by ID.
Use this operation for one-off queries when the recharge identifier is already known. The response provides the current operation data, including the recharge status and whether it can still be canceled.
When canBeCancelled is true, the recharge can be canceled through Cancel a mobile phone recharge.
Tracking changesTo track recharge status changes, use Webhooks instead of querying this endpoint repeatedly.
