Creates a Payment Link to generate payments from the data provided by the payer on a page hosted by Asaas.
Creating the link does not immediately create a payment or a customer. These resources are created when the payer fills out the Payment Link and the payment is generated.
If the link allows payment by bank slip (boleto), provide dueDateLimitDays to define how many business days the bank slip can be paid after it is generated.
When chargeType is INSTALLMENT, maxInstallmentCount defines the maximum number of installments available to the payer. If not provided, the default value is 1.
When chargeType is RECURRENT, provide subscriptionCycle to define the frequency of the subscription created by the link.
