Restores a previously removed payment and returns the summary data after the restoration.
Use this operation to reactivate a removed payment without creating a new record. Restoration keeps the payment's original ID.
Only previously removed payments in a compatible state can be restored.
RetriesDo not treat this operation as idempotent.
After a successful restoration, the payment is no longer removed and a new attempt may be rejected. Check the current state of the payment before repeating the operation.
