Update configuration for issuing invoices

The new configuration will only be applied to the invoices of the upcoming billings of the subscription or to those that do not yet have an invoice created.

Retention and tax statuses

The taxes.pisCofinsRetentionType and taxes.pisCofinsTaxStatus attributes are only mandatory for non-Simples Nacional taxpayers who issue via the National Portal.
