The Asaas Subaccounts endpoints let you create and retrieve subaccounts linked to the parent account, manage their API keys and perform specific access and closure actions.
Available operations
- Creation and retrieval: create subaccounts, list the linked accounts or retrieve a specific subaccount.
- Access for non-BaaS subaccounts: resend the activation link when the account holder needs to regain access to the account.
- API keys: create, list, update or delete subaccount API credentials from the parent account.
- Closure: permanently close a non-BaaS subaccount when it is eligible for this action.
To understand subaccount creation and the differences between the BaaS and non-BaaS models, see Creating subaccounts. To manage credentials, see Managing subaccount API keys.
Free-of-charge closureNon-BaaS subaccounts closed within 48 hours of creation are not charged the creation fee, when applicable. For this, the subaccount must meet the non-BaaS subaccount closure criteria, including never having logged in. After this period, closure through this flow is no longer allowed.
See the amounts applicable to your contract in Account Settings > Fees.
