Retrieves the current default Escrow Account configuration for the subaccount structure.
The response represents the configuration used as the default for subaccounts and inherited by new subaccounts. To retrieve the configuration of a specific subaccount, use Retrieve Escrow Account configuration for subaccount.
To create or change the default configuration, use Create default Escrow Account configuration for all subaccounts.
