The Refunds endpoints allow you to retrieve refunds linked to payments and request full or partial refunds depending on the payment method and the source resource.
Available operations
- Retrieval: retrieve the history of refunds associated with a payment for lookups and reconciliation.
- Payments: refund payments paid via Pix or credit card, using the full response or the operation with summary data.
- Bank slip (boleto): start the refund of a payment paid by bank slip. In this flow, the payer needs to provide the data and documents required to complete the refund.
- Installments: fully or partially refund installments paid by credit card.
Refund trackingSome refunds go through subsequent processing. Use Webhooks to track completed, partial, processing, or denied refunds, instead of querying the API repeatedly.
