Notifications are features that Asaas uses to keeps you and your customer updated about the status of charges, notifying of receipt, delay, modifications, etc. It's possible to disable all notifications for a specific customer by using the notificationDisabled attribute in the creation of a new customer.

Asaas sends notifications via WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Postal service, and Voice Robot. Check out the standard notifications that are configured for all customers.

Fees are applied for sending charge notifications. Check the values in the Fees section in My Account.

To activate voice notifications (phoneCallEnabledForCustomer: true), it is necessary for the customer to have a registered landline or mobile phone.
