Payments with summary data

The Payments with summary data endpoints let you perform the main operations on payments while receiving a smaller response than the standard endpoints.

Use these operations when your integration does not need the full payment object. These endpoints use lighter response payloads and respond faster than the equivalent Payments operations.

Available operations

Creation and credit card: create payments, process credit card payments, and capture previously authorized payments.
Retrieval: list payments or retrieve the main data of a payment by ID.
Management: update, remove, or restore existing payments.
Cash receipt: record payments made outside Asaas financial processing or undo that confirmation.

Tracking changes
To track payment status changes, use Webhooks instead of repeatedly querying the list or retrieve endpoints.
