Retrieves the current Escrow Account configuration of a subaccount by ID.
Use this operation to check the configuration applied to the subaccount or to validate the result after a creation, update, or disabling.
To save or change the configuration, use Save or update Escrow Account configuration for subaccount.
To retrieve the default configuration of the subaccount structure, use Retrieve default Escrow Account configuration.
