Asaas <> Guru Integration

Guru provides a ready-to-use integration with Asaas, which allows customers to:

  • Connect their business to Asaas without a developer;
  • Process payments for one-time sales and subscriptions via Checkout Guru;
  • Pay commissions to affiliates and co-producers through Payment Split.

Checkout Guru + Asaas Features

With Checkout Guru + Asaas, you can process one-time payments and subscriptions (recurring billing) for customers with cards issued both in Brazil and abroad.

Payment Methods Available:

  • Bank Slip (Boleto)
  • Pix
  • Credit Card

You can also set up installment plans for credit card payments and offer discounts for upfront payments in the product offer settings.


Integration and Setup

To enable the integration, customers must provide their Asaas production account keys in Guru.

Step 1: Get your Asaas credentials

  1. Log into your Asaas dashboard.
  2. Click My Account.
  3. Go to the Integration tab.
  4. Click Generate API Key.
  5. Copy and store the API Key.

Step 2: Activate the Asaas integration in Guru

  1. Log into the Guru Admin.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Checkout Guru > Asaas.

  3. Under Details, provide:

    • API Key: obtained in Step 1;
    • Pix Due Date (days);
    • Boleto Due Date (days);
    • Enable Asaas default notifications (optional): sends charge notifications via WhatsApp;
    • Enable Sales Without Address (optional).
  4. Click Submit.

Once active, your Asaas account data will be visible in the Guru integration details panel.


Next Steps

After activating the integration, you should access the Products section to add products and offers.

  • Link the product to Asaas (marketplace field).
  • Select the type: Product (one-time sale) or Subscription (recurring billing).
  • Once the offer is added, the checkout link will be available for sharing.
