Integrate Asaas with Shopify
Asaas offers three Payment Apps for Shopify: Bank Slip (Boleto), Pix, and Credit Card.
Each payment method has its own app. Install only the apps your store's checkout needs, or combine all three options.
Choose the payment app

| Asaas Boleto | The buyer is redirected to the Asaas invoice to access the digitable line or download the bank slip. | When the store needs to offer bank slip payments. |
| Asaas Pix | The buyer is redirected to the Asaas payment page to use the QR Code or Pix Copy and Paste. | When the store needs to offer Pix directly at checkout. |
| Asaas Credit Card | Payment is completed directly in the Shopify checkout, without redirecting to an external page. | When the store needs to accept credit cards and offer installments. |
The credit card app lets you configure the maximum number of installments, up to 12, and the minimum amount per installment.
AttentionTo use Pix on Shopify, you must have a Pix key registered in your Asaas account.
If the account does not have a registered Pix key, charges may be cleared late, affecting order confirmation on Shopify.
Before you start
To configure the Asaas Apps on Shopify:
- have an Asaas account and a Shopify store;
- provide a Production API key in each installed app;
- provide a Sandbox API key if you want to run tests;
- configure Test mode according to the environment being used;
- for credit card, set the customer contact method on Shopify to email only.
The Sandbox key is optional. When Test mode is enabled, the app uses the Sandbox key; when it is disabled, it uses the Production key.

AttentionThe API key is displayed only once, at the time it is created.
Store the key in a safe place. If it is lost, you will need to generate a new key.
