👉

INSTALLATION

Which plugins are required to use the Asaas Plugin?

To use the Asaas Plugin, it is necessary to install:

  • WooCommerce;
  • Brazilian Market on WooCommerce.

If your store works with recurring charges, it will also be necessary to install WooCommerce Subscriptions.

Do I need to configure the Webhook manually?

No.

As of version 2.5 of the Asaas Plugin, the Webhook is created and configured automatically when a valid API Key is entered in the plugin settings.

Can I use Sandbox before publishing my store?

Yes.

We recommend performing the entire configuration and initial tests using the Sandbox environment before connecting the store to the Production environment.

📘

Recommendation

Perform all integration tests in the Sandbox environment before using Production credentials.

👉

API KEY

Can I use the same API Key in Sandbox and Production?

No.

Each environment has its own API Key.

A key generated in Sandbox works only in Sandbox, while a key generated in Production works only in the Production environment.

I received error 401. What does it mean?

This error usually indicates that:

  • the API Key is invalid;
  • the API Key belongs to another environment;
  • the key has been revoked.

In these cases, generate a new API Key and confirm whether the configured environment is correct.

👉

PAYMENT METHODS

Which payment methods does the Asaas Plugin support?

The Plugin allows you to make available:

  • Pix;
  • Bank Slip;
  • Credit Card.

Each payment method has its own settings and can be enabled or disabled individually.

Can I offer installments?

Yes.

The supported limits are:

  • Credit Card: up to 12 installments;
  • Bank Slip: up to 60 installments.

Is it possible to use Payment Split?

Yes.

The Plugin allows you to configure a global Split rule to automatically divide the amounts received among different Asaas wallets.

👉

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How to create subscriptions through WooCommerce?

Subscriptions are created using WooCommerce Subscriptions integrated with the Asaas Plugin.

Without this extension installed, it is not possible to generate recurring charges through the plugin.

Can I receive subscriptions by Pix?

Not directly.

Subscriptions support bank slip and credit card.

When the customer uses bank slip, they can make the payment using the Pix QR Code available on the bank slip itself.

Does One-Click-Buy work automatically?

No.

The functionality depends on the release of card tokenization by the Asaas commercial team.

👉

WEBHOOKS

How can I check if my Webhooks are working?

You can monitor the synchronization status at:

WooCommerce > Status > Asaas Payment Method

The same information is also available in the payment method settings of the Asaas Plugin.

What should I do when the Webhooks queue is interrupted?

Click Re-enable webhooks queue.

If the queue remains interrupted, consult the Webhook Logs in your Asaas account to identify the cause of the interruption before contacting support.

👉

CHECKOUT

Is the customer redirected to another page to make the payment?

No.

The Asaas Plugin uses transparent checkout, allowing payment to be made directly in your store.

Why was the order not updated after payment?

In most cases, this indicates that the Webhooks queue is interrupted or that there was a communication failure between WooCommerce and Asaas.

Check the queue status on the Webhooks page.

👉

LOGS

How to enable the Debug Log?

Access:

WooCommerce > Settings > Payments

Select any Asaas payment method and enable the Debug log option.

This configuration makes it easier to identify problems during the integration.
