Invoices

Use this section to integrate the issuance of Service Invoices (NFS-e) with Asaas.

You can configure the company's tax information, issue invoices linked to charges or installments, create standalone invoices and track the processing through Webhooks.

Before issuing

First configure the account's tax information.

The required data may vary by municipality. Check the municipal settings to identify the required fields before saving the tax configuration.

After the configuration, identify the service provided and schedule the invoice.

The invoice can be:

OriginIdentifier
Linked to a chargepayment
Linked to an installmentinstallment
Standalone for a customercustomer

When scheduling the invoice, provide at least one of these origins.

Track issuance through Webhooks

Invoice issuance is processed asynchronously.

After scheduling the invoice, use Invoice events to track authorization, cancellation and errors, instead of repeatedly querying the status through the API.

When the invoice is authorized, the event may provide data such as pdfUrl, xmlUrl, number and validationCode.
